Share your accepted BAAL2023 poster or presentation.

We encourage BAAL2023 contributors to share their posters and presentations on our BAAL2023 OSF Meetings site. All materials will be given persistent digital identifiers that will enable others to cite their work. Once materials have been uploaded, contributors can also add related outputs (research materials, protocols, preprints, data) to increase the potential impact and transparency of contributions.

Add your poster or talk

BAAL 2023 has created an OSF Meetings site to give everyone access to posters, slides and supporting materials from the conference. OSF is a free, open source research management and collaboration tool designed to help researchers maintain provenance, document projects, and store materials.

As a presenter (posters and talks), you can upload your materials to the BAAL 2023 site by following these instructions:

Send an email to the following address(es) from the email account you would like used on the OSF:

• For posters, email BAAL2023-poster@osf.io
• For talks, email BAAL2023-talk@osf.io

The format of the email should be as follows:

Subject
Presentation title
Message body
Presentation abstract (if any)
Attachment
Your presentation file (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF, etc.)

Any text in the email message body (including any text from your signature) will be used to populate a description of your presentation. You can edit this on OSF later.

Once sent, we will follow-up by sending you the permanent identifier (a URL) that others can use to cite your work; you can also login to the OSF page and make changes, such as uploading additional files (supporting materials, e.g. a video recording of your poster talk, a preregistration, data elicitation materials, a preprint) to your project at that URL.

If you didn’t have an OSF account prior to sending the email, one will be created automatically and a link to set your password will be emailed to you; if you do, we will simply create a new project in your account.
